What We Do

Smith Machine Worx, headquartered in the Birmingham, Alabama area, designs and builds custom machinery and automation, and rebuilds old machinery to functionally new. As a result of experience gained over the years in our own plants, we know automation and conveyance, and we know what we’re doing when it comes to machine rebuilds. SMW’s facilities house a machine shop and custom fabrication shop.
